Intellectual Property

The Org1 name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Org1 AI, Inc. All rights reserved. The Platform's design, code, and features are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use Org1's trademarks without prior written permission.

Copyright

All content on the Org1 website and Platform, unless otherwise noted, is protected by international copyright laws. Content generated by the Platform on behalf of users is owned by the respective user, subject to the terms outlined in our Terms of Service.

DMCA Notice

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a notice to legal@org1.ai with:

Identification of the copyrighted work.
Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform.
Your contact information.
A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate content including but not limited to landing pages, business plans, marketing copy, emails, and social media posts. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. Org1 does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or legal compliance of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that content generated on their behalf complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

Business Marketplace

Org1 operates a marketplace for the sale and transfer of businesses created on the Platform. Marketplace transactions are governed by Section 8 (Business Marketplace) of the Terms of Service. Key provisions include:

Businesses inactive for 7+ days may be auto-listed for sale by Org1.
Cancelled subscriptions may result in the business being listed on the marketplace.
All marketplace sales are final and non-refundable.
Digital assets, prospect data, and content transfer to the buyer upon sale.
Data transfer provisions are detailed in Section 5 (Marketplace Data Processing) of the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

All legal matters are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

Changes

Org1 reserves the right to modify any legal documents at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
